McNevins Ferryman’s Resort development

A Development Application has been lodged with the Logan City Council, that will see the existing McNevins Logan Park Motel transformed into McNevins Ferryman’s Resort and Function Centre, with 47 high quality accommodation rooms, cafe, restaurant, function facilities for up to 250 guests across 2 separate facilities, underground car parking and special group accommodation quarters for up to 50 guests.

Peter McNevin, a chartered architect with more than 25 years experience in Architecture, design and design management, is the principal architect of the development. In his career Peter has been responsible for the design, documentation and construction of numerous commercial, industrial and residential buildings in Australia.
